Job Title: Office Clerk (Contract Position with Accommodation and Visa Sponsorship)
We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. This position is open to both men and women, and no English language skills are required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the office, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing mail, and other general clerical tasks. They will also be required to handle customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, keep records updated, and assist with other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as an Office Clerk or other relevant administrative role. They should possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for success in this role. Preference will also be given to candidates who can demonstrate prior experience in a similar role in Saudi Arabia or the wider region.
