Call Center Representative (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and experience in providing customer support over the phone.

This is a contract job with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. We welcome applicants from African countries and Malayalees, as well as students who are interested in this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints, making outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders or provide additional information, and escalating unresolved issues to the supervisor. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
