Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are searching for a talented Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about helping others grow their businesses.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business coaching
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to work full-time hours
• Ability to obtain own visa
• Preference given to Pakistani nationals

Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ current business strategies and identify areas of improvement
• Brainstorm innovative business solutions with clients to help them reach their goals
• Develop customized plans for each client based on their individual needs and objectives
• Support clients in all phases of the implementation process, from initial planning stages through execution and follow-up
• Monitor the progress of each client’s business performance and make regular adjustments as needed
• Provide motivational coaching, guidance, and feedback to clients throughout the duration of the program
