We are seeking a Staff Assistant for our office in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to all genders and no prior English language skills are required. We offer part-time hours with accommodation included.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This includes providing assistance to management staff, responding to customer inquiries, managing office supplies and equipment, preparing reports as needed, maintaining records of office activities and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preference will be given to those with experience in a similar role or field.
