Staff Assistant (Experience Required)
We are looking for a Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role. This is an urgent position and we would prefer applicants from African countries who do not need to speak English.

The Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, carrying out clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties. Other responsibilities include sorting mail, managing communications with clients and other stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and helping organize meetings and events.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
