Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
You should have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. You must have knowledge of MS Office applications and basic office equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing documents and maintaining records
• Organizing meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed
• Assisting with ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting with financial tasks such as tracking expenses and processing payments
• Providing customer service as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in an office setting preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office applications required
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
