Mediator - El-Fujairah, UAE (Experience Required; Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking an experienced Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. This position is open to nationals of India and Pakistan who do not need to speak English and who require visa sponsorship.

As a Mediator, you will be responsible for mediating disputes between parties in a professional and impartial manner. You will be required to assess the situation, review the evidence presented, gather additional information as necessary, and provide a resolution that is fair and acceptable to both parties. You will also provide advice and assistance throughout the process to ensure that proceedings remain civil.

You must have experience as a Mediator or similar dispute resolution role with excellent communication skills in order to succeed in this position. You must also possess strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
