Office Clerk (English Speaking, Indians/Malayalees Preferred) – Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a high level of English proficiency and excellent organization skills. The ideal candidate is an Indian or Malayalee national who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
The primary responsibilities of this role include handling office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, managing databases, and preparing documents for meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of all activities. You should also be comfortable handling incoming telephone calls and assisting customers if necessary.
To be successful in this position you must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, good problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high level of proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is also required. Indian or Malayalee nationality is preferred but not essential for this role. This is a full-time position requiring your own visa.
