Hotel Manager (Indians Preferred) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hospitality or hotel management and must possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quality control standards are met, and monitoring financial performance. They will also be responsible for creating plans to increase occupancy rates, developing strategies to maximize profitability, managing budgets, and developing promotional materials.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry; excellent organizational skills; strong communication skills; the ability to work independently; and an excellent understanding of customer service techniques. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

This position is open to Indian nationals only and visa sponsorship is available for the successful candidate. Accommodation is not included with this position.
