Staff Assistant - Lusail, Qatar

We are looking for a Staff Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is ideal for an individual with no experience who is looking to gain valuable work experience. We prefer applicants who are African and/or female.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the team, including updating records, filing documents, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. They will also handle incoming calls and emails, as well as manage the office calendar and coordinate meetings. Additionally, they will provide general assistance to the team with tasks such as data entry and other clerical duties.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Previous experience in an administrative role is not required but would be beneficial.
