Office Assistant (Qatar)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office environment and have the ability to multitask. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and nationalities, including African and Malayalee applicants who do not need to speak English as a requirement for this job. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Filing documents and organizing office supplies
• Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
• Managing office resources such as equipment, stationery, etc.
• Assisting in organizing events and activities when needed
• Providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
