We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants who have biometric passports and do not require English language skills. No experience is required.

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for organizing meetings, maintaining records, handling invoices and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be expected to provide customer service to clients and answer queries in a timely manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
