Job Title: Part-time Information Security Analyst - Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a part-time Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT security solutions to protect our company’s data and systems.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of security technologies, processes, and procedures. He or she should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. Preference will be given to candidates of Egyptian nationality; however, we are open to applicants from other nationalities as well.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement security solutions such as firewalls, encryption technologies, malware protection systems etc.
• Analyze system logs and network traffic to identify potential security threats.
• Monitor system performance and provide timely reports of any anomalies or irregularities found in the system.
• Develop policies and procedures for securing company information assets.
• Research emerging technologies in the field of IT security.
• Keep up with industry best practices in order to stay informed on current trends in the field of information security.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Human Resources or Finance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR or PCI DSS etc.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with IT security systems is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
