Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Egyptian Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced and talented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and answering inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. No English language skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome in the office
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Provide basic information about services offered
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
• Maintain a clean, tidy reception area at all times
• Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is completed correctly before a visitor leaves the reception area
• Assist other departments when needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience working as a receptionist or similar role preferred • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers etc.) • Egyptian nationality preferred
