We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and helping to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

The main duties of the role include: providing clerical and administrative support to our team members; managing incoming calls and emails; scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing documents; maintaining filing systems; managing databases; and providing general support as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in a similar role. Native language fluency is preferred but not required.
