Administrative Manager – Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This position is ideal for a candidate who has experience in the administrative field and is looking for a challenge. The successful applicant must possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing employees and dealing with customer inquiries. He or she will also be expected to handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, ensuring staff rosters are up-to-date, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office records, organizing and coordinating events, and providing administrative support to other departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in similar roles within a corporate environment and be proficient in MS Office applications.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who is highly organized and detail oriented. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of working in Qatar or those of Indian nationality who do not require English language proficiency.
