Concierge - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Preference for Pakistani Nationals)

We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality or customer service and will possess strong interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly guest services to our customers. You will greet guests upon arrival, help them with their inquiries, and provide assistance with their luggage. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area and responding to guests’ requests in a timely manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met in a professional manner.

To be successful as a Concierge, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A strong commitment to customer service is essential as well as the ability to work autonomously.

We prefer candidates who are of Pakistani nationality, however any nationalities may apply. English language proficiency is not required for this role. Candidates who hold their own visa are preferred. A college or university degree is preferred but not necessary for this position.
