We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Radio Station to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker and have a strong background in radio broadcasting.

As the Head of Radio Station, you will oversee all operations related to the station, including programming, promotions, and advertising. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be responsible for leading the development of new shows and ensuring that existing programming is up to date. You will also be responsible for managing personnel, including hiring and training staff as needed.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail when it comes to programming. Experience in radio broadcasting is essential for this role. Preferred candidates are Indian nationals who can provide accommodation if needed.
