Office Clerk (Africa)
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and its staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working in an office environment and a high school diploma or equivalent. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Fluency in English is not required, but the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
Responsibilities include preparing documents, maintaining records, managing databases, responding to customer queries, filing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, providing clerical support to other departments within the office, and managing incoming mail. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
This is a full-time role that does not include accommodation benefits. Candidates from Africa are preferred but not mandatory.
