House Manager for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household for a family of Malayalee origin in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and experience working in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including maids, cooks, drivers, etc.
- Create and maintain schedules for household activities and tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Oversee grocery shopping and meal planning
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household
- Manage budgets and make financial decisions on behalf of the family
- Plan and execute events or parties hosted by the family
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment
- Handle any other duties or special requests as needed by the family
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role as a House Manager or Household Coordinator
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget management
- Familiarity with local vendors, services, and suppliers in Abu Dhabi is preferred but not required
