Secretary for Biometric Passport Office in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an organized and efficient Secretary to join our team at the Biometric Passport Office in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks related to biometric passport processing.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, answering any inquiries they may have
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with data entry and processing of biometric passport applications
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Indian culture/language is preferred but not required
