UX Designer - Remote/Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products. This is a full-time position that is suitable for men of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and user experience
- Create user-centered designs that meet business objectives and satisfy user needs
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and prototyping tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
