Maintenance Specialist - Full Time with Accommodation (Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on facilities, equipment, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance work.
- Strong technical skills in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
