Logistics Coordinator (Contract/Entry Level - No English Required)



We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is a contract position and does not require previous experience in the field. This is also an excellent opportunity for women looking to enter the logistics industry.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Your main duties will include:

- Communicating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange shipment schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods
- Monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed
- Preparing shipping documents and ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Assisting with the development of logistics plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As this role does not require English proficiency, knowledge of Arabic or other languages would be beneficial. Additionally, candidates must have their own visa to work in the UAE.
