Inventory Manager


We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management processes, and developing inventory strategies to optimize product availability and minimize costs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures and policies
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movement
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues
- Forecast demand for products to ensure adequate stock levels
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Develop strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Train and supervise a team of inventory staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
