Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays and arranging products in our stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to determine product placement and display strategies based on sales trends, customer preferences, and store layout
- Design and set up eye-catching displays that highlight new or featured products
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and priced according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse team to restock products as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of displays and make improvements as necessary
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback on their performance
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions and events that align with merchandising efforts

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of creating successful merchandising displays that drive sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when setting up displays or rearranging products
