Inventory Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and distribution of products. You will also work closely with other departments to forecast demand, plan purchases, and manage inventory budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of warehouse space
- Monitor product availability and maintain optimum stock levels
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Track inventory movements and report on variances
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory
- Analyze data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and take appropriate actions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast product demand
- Create purchase orders based on demand forecasts and budget constraints
- Manage inventory budgets and expenses
- Train and supervise staff members involved in inventory management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
