Call Center Representative (English Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from English-speaking customers and providing them with excellent service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer inquiries
- Build rapport with customers by providing friendly, professional and personalized service
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
