Protection Officer (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization and its employees. This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as previous experience in protection or security roles. This is also a non-accommodated position, therefore the ideal candidate will have their own visa and be able to arrange their own accommodation.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Monitor CCTV footage, alarms, and other security systems
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety procedures
- Collaborate with local authorities for any security-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and reports
- Stay updated on current security trends and threats

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit for Qatar
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in protection or security-related roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis without accommodation
