Security Specialist - El-Fujairah, UAE (Preference for African Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a proficient English speaker with experience in security operations and a preference for African nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our company, employees, and assets
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats
- Monitor security systems and respond to any breaches or incidents
- Train employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with management to create crisis management plans
- Stay up-to-date with new security technologies and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in security operations
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Preference for African nationals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for potential emergency situations
