We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records of all contract documents and updates
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Proactively identifying potential issues or risks in contracts and providing solutions
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations related to contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
