Job Title: Multilingual Call Center Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Multilingual Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to clients from various nationalities. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and no English language skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate information about products or services to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courteousness at all times
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
