Computer Engineer - Technical Support Specialist
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Engineer to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in Lusail, Qatar. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, both remotely and on-site. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
- Create technical documentation for clients.
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
