We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. This position is open to individuals from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, office supplies, and employee records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Communicate with clients and external stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Act as a point of contact for all administrative inquiries
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
