English Tutor for Indian Speakers in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to provide language instruction to Indian speakers in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a contract position with the opportunity for ongoing employment based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English as a second language and be able to create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of Indian students.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for Indian students
- Assess students' current English proficiency level and develop personalized lesson plans
- Provide instruction on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to keep students engaged and motivated
- Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress as needed

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language to Indian students preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Al-Khor, Qatar
- Valid biometric passport from India (or ability to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends if needed
