Waiter/Server

We are seeking experienced and skilled waiters/servers to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. As a waiter/server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure that tables are clean and properly set up before guests arrive
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
