Administrator for African Candidates
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, and providing support to our team.
Requirements:
- African nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Provide support to team members as needed
