Office Assistant - Indian Nationals
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and must have their own visa in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Assist with correspondence and communication with clients
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Manage phone calls and greet visitors
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and billing
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa in Qatar
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
