Industrial Engineer


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and systems in order to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement strategies for streamlining operations and reducing waste
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure compliance with company goals
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to production teams on new processes or equipment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Proficiency in using Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
