Secretary for English Speaking Office in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (Preferably Malayalee or Egyptian)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our English speaking office in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a native Malayalee or Egyptian with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing the daily schedule of the office, including meetings and appointments
- Drafting and sending emails on behalf of the office
- Maintaining files and records in an organized manner
- Assisting with document preparation, such as reports and presentations
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Secretary or similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
