Job Title: Sales Associate (Malayalee)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position is open to Malayalees, with no strict requirement for English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information
- Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store's profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage but not a strict requirement
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must possess a biometric passport for employment purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
