Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
- Meet performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia
