Biometric Passport Processing Officer


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Biometric Passport Processing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for processing biometric passport applications for Indian nationals in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review biometric passport applications from Indian nationals
- Ensure all application forms are complete and accurate, following up with applicants as needed
- Collect required documents and fees from applicants
- Use biometric technology to capture fingerprints and facial images of applicants
- Verify the authenticity of supporting documents provided by applicants
- Enter applicant information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of all applicant information
- Communicate with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary approvals for passport issuance
- Provide excellent customer service to all applicants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with biometric technology and processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
