Indian Call Center Representative
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Indian Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills
- No prior call center experience required
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have a valid visa and willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance with their inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers
- Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Meet individual and team targets for call quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide better assistance to customers
