We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, but we have a preference for Indian or Malayalee individuals.

As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization's assets, employees, and visitors. You will be expected to have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

This is a full-time job that requires the candidate to work on-site without accommodation. However, we offer generous compensation packages and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security measures
- Train employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Handle any security-related incidents or emergencies effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Security Specialist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Must have valid work authorization in Qatar
