Hotel Manager (Indian Nationals)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders, including guests, employees, and suppliers
- Monitor budgets and financial performance of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and financial management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as per business needs
- Indian nationality (preferred)
