Legal Adviser - Contract (Egyptian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract position specifically for Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal adviser and possess strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on various matters
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other parties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with excellent English language skills
- Prior experience as a legal adviser or similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is essential
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Biometric passport is preferred for ease of travel to UAE
