Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new methods and procedures to increase efficiency
- Design layouts for production lines and facilities to optimize workflow
- Conduct time studies to establish standard work procedures
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Train and educate employees on new procedures and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in CAD software for facility design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Malayalee or Egyptian nationals
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience with visa sponsorship
