Call Center Representative (English Speaking)
We are seeking highly motivated individuals, preferably of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality, to join our dynamic call center team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Record customer information and details of each interaction for future reference
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
