Art Director - Full Time (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly creative and ambitious Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our projects and campaigns. This is a full-time position that does not require any English proficiency, making it suitable for beginners or non-native speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative and engaging visual concepts for various projects and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within tight deadlines
- Lead a team of designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their skills and creativity
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of our work

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (preferred but not required)
